Ordering Methods

Payment Methods

Additional charges apply. Email us your order complete with address & phone number, and we will send you a Paypal request.

If your credit card is declined for any reason, we will contact you as soon as we can, but we will finish shipping our other orders for the day first.  Please include email and/or a daytime phone number so we may contact you as soon as possible. Shipping Methods

Motor Freight (Truck)

Please specify which type of shipping you would like for us to use. Also, please let us know if you specifically want it shipped by a certain method only.  If you would like us to ship it the "best way" please specify standard shipping and we will send it how we think is best (cost / time) for you. Some items we carry can only be shipped via certain methods. For example, karts ship by truck & aerosols ship by ground only. If you have questions on which shipping is best for you please ask us.  Tracking#s are available, we will gladly email it to you.

Backorders
Any item listed in the B/O column of our invoice has been backordered.  Any backordered item(s) will be shipped to you as soon as it is available.  Backordered items will be shipped at your expense.  We cancel all our backorders after 30 days.  Please let us know on your order if you would like your backordered item(s) cancelled.  We make every effort to have the items you want in stock when you order them.  We will notify you by email if we had to backorder an item.

Returns
We do accept returns on some items. No returns without authorization will be accepted.  There is a 15% restocking charge on all returned items unless there was an error on our part. We will only accept items that are unused and unopened and in excellent condition. We will not accept returns after 30 days for any reason. All returns must be sent postage pre-paid. A copy of our invoice must be included with the return.  We will accept return items purchased on the internet at our shop. We do not accept returns on any special order items, closeouts or clearance items, used items, tires, engine parts, bearings or items cut to length.  Special Order seats may be exchanged for a different size seat only.  We can either credit back your credit card account or issue store credit on returnable items only.

International Orders
YES, we do ship international.  International orders must be prepaid by Paypal, cashier's check, money order or bank wire transfer.  We do NOT accept credit cards for most international orders.  There will be an additional handling charge of $20 on some international orders.  Any additional taxes, duties or customs fees are not the responsibility of Rieken's Racing.
